Star Jones

As if we didn't already know. Star Jones has decided to tell all about her weight loss. She is saying that she underwent Gastric Bypass surgery to lose the 160 lbs that she has lost in the past 3 years. Whic I have to mention is a whole full grown person.
The former Lawyer says, that she didn't want to tell people because she alraedy had so much of a public life and she didn't want anyone to die because they were emulating her.
But first off, who is dumb enough to try to be like Start Jones?

Freaky Zekey

I really like this guy. I heard him on a mixtape a lil while ago and i'm feeling him. So that led me to find out who he really was and i came across this article from Source:

Depending on who you ask, the name Ezekiel can take on an entirely different meaning. Notable theologians will use the meaning cited in the biblical canon and thumb through the bible where it states, Ezekiel was called by God to get the people’s attention and his name means “God will strengthen.” Across a 110th Street in Harlem “The Book of Ezekiel” is the debut album set to impact worldwide by Harlem native Freekey Zeekey.

Already impacting urban radio and the mixtape circuit with his hot new single “Haters What You Looking At”, Diplomat President Zeekey sat down with RASHA to discuss current projects being released by Dipset, how he scored a multi-million dollar deal with Asylum Records and why the world is infatuated with Harlem’s swagger.

RASHA: As President of Diplomat Records, what does your job entails?

FZ: My job runs from the night until the day, I get in the house at 6:00 A.M and sleep until 9:30 A.M. It is at this time, I start getting phone calls from all around the country. Due to the difference in time zones, I get calls coming in from Japan and Hawaii at all times of the day.

Then my assistant and myself start planning all the marketing meetings, production meetings as well as interviews that are scheduled not only for my album but, for Julez, Jim, Camron and the whole Dipset. So I’m on the phone talking to other CEO’s, and President’s at Def Jams, Warner Brothers, Koch so forth and so on.

Then when I finally get up out the bed, take a shower and finally make it to the office I got to deal with people who drank too much the night before and do not want to do anything besides drinking water. Then there is the female who found her boyfriend at the party kicking it with another girl, so she is in there tapping her pen. Being that it’s Friday, everyone is in the office waiting on their checks.

When I get to the office I walk in to all this. I’m kicking doors in, turning over tables waking people up to show them my passion and how I will die for this right here. RASHA: Who are some of the producers on the album and what rappers outside of the Dipset Family make an appearance?

FZ: I kept this album real underground as far as the producers are concern. I remember when Mannie Fresh, Timbaland, Swizz Beats and Dr. Dre first started; they gave their best music because their mindset was all or nothing. Not to discredit any of them dudes but the producers I picked are the future Dr. Dres’ and future Timbaland. When you hear this album you will swear one of the major producers contributed. I kept it real underground because they were so hungry and their passion was so strong, I couldn’t refuse.

I actually did my album with just me on it. When I got out of jail from doing three years, I still had that hunger of 1998 from Horse & Carriage and What Mean The World To You. I had to take myself off of like 16 tracks and put all the Dipset individuals on there. Outside of the family, I got my man Lil Wayne.

As far as the names of the producers you are going to have to wait until July 24th when The Book of Ezekiel will touch the world, touch your soul, touch your heart and maybe even touch [your girl’s] butt that you fuck with.

RASHA: The Book of Ezekiel is your debut album; should the fans expect to see more albums or will you remain behind the scene and stick to your corporate duties as the President of Diplomat Records?

FZ: My corporate duties will never ever end. Just like my dude Jim, we know that a hustler can change his hustle up and manage to make a dollar out of fifteen cent on anything he do. I chose to be an individual artist not just for the cake but also for my expression in life. I always was one who like to express himself. With my album, it’s not something you can just get high to, to figure out new slang words, or to just jump up and boogie. It is also a blueprint to teach the kids who are not going to listen to their parents and are going to be in the streets. I want them to listen to my mistakes and fuck-up and say, well “Zeek said he did this and he got locked up or he did this and got shot, I damn sure am not going to do that.”

RASHA: As a native of Harlem, I know we bring a certain swagger to the game. In your opinion what make the whole world gravitate towards us to make the entire nation enthrall with Harlem’s swagger?

FZ: It like you said, our swag. Dudes from Harlem got that leadership aura, it’s our walk our talk and our choice within life that we make. Plus, we are in the center of where everything pops off, its where its at if you want to bubble, its where its at if you want to get fresh and get your jewelry. Manhattan in a whole is just swag. It’s really unexplainable because we both live there. But, for someone out of state they may be able to describe us because it something they never seen. We are trendsetters. We do not look to see what is going on, we dictate what is going on.

RASHA: What are some of the other future projects scheduled for Diplomat Records?

FS: 40 Cal (Broken Safety Pt 2), J.R. Writer (Writer’s Block), Hell Rell, Killa Cam, Juelz and Jim Jones all got projects lined up. It’s about to real pop for Dipset. That is why I love us, we work so hard; it is hard to deny us. We keep kicking the door off the hinges and by the time they put another one up, we are kicking at it. We work so hard, which is the reason we have longevity in this game. We’ve been rocking since the end of 1997 going toward the end of 2007. We are still going strong like we are new artists, without a deal.

RASHA: What type of deal do you have with Asylum Records?

FS: They gave me a two album, multi-million dollar deal with no songs done for the album. That is just another part of our Harlem hustle. Big shout out to Todd Moscowitz and Joie “Joey I.E.” Manda because at the end of the day they did see I had a lot of swag and charismatic ways. And every time I step on the scene there is an aura about me that just gravitates people to my attention. But, don’t think they are stupid, they know they are about to get their pockets full.

Sean Kingston

I Love, Love, LOVE SEAN KINGSTON! He has been one of the hottest artists on the radio in the past couple of months. I'm really feeling his music. I heard a couple of his singles from his album and I am going to watch him on the Today show today when it comes on. The boy is only 17 and I like that he doesn't fit the whole young singer, B2K, Chris Brown mold. He has his own urban style. He was born in Miami and is Jamacian, which I also love. I am so pleased to hear that he writes his own music, that shows me true talent. And the artist has decided that he will not use profanity in his music. Which is different from most artists. So I wanna see how this will go.

Yuck Moment of the day

Damn Flava Flav is old!

Boy Killed because he didn't go Potty

In Cinncinatti, Derris Smith a 18 year old has been charged as an adult. This man decided that he was so frustrated with the Four year old child that he swung the little boy against the wall to the point that drywall was stuck to the little boy's head and the wooden floor was cracked. the little boy then went unconcious and never came back to before dying four days later.
Smith is being held in the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center on $500,000 bond.

Now can somebody tell me what is going on in the worls that people are killing their own children. How can you get mad at a little four year old boy to the point that you slam his head against the wall. That is a damn shame and you know it

Kanye West- Graduation

Kanye is back again with new album entitled "Graduation" with singles like "Can't tell me Nothing" and Stronger". I'm am glad to hear music from him once again. I am definitely feeling that song Cant Tell me Nothing cause that is the exact way that I'm feeling right now in my personal life. Call me Cocky. But I had to pick up that new Kanye Cd.

Kelly Rowland

Kelly Rowland has really showed me another side of her. I usually compare her to Beyonce a lot because I think they have a similar voice. But since hearing her new album I am liking her much more. Her range is great. I was reading another site and saw that Ms. Kelly has wanted to be lighter skinned, But has embraced her brown beauty. This makes me very happy to hear, because there are too many black women that don't think they are beautiful because they are dark and they go out and dye their hair blonde and try to emulate the lighter skinned women or begin to hate them selves and in return hate others. So I am happy that she has spoken about this so that others can follow her example.

Kelly Rowland has revealed she wanted to look white. The singer said she thought having lighter skin would boost her career. But she changed her mind after a chat with bandmate Beyonce's mother - who told her to embrace her appearance. She said: "I remember wishing I was more fair-skinned. "It's said that brown-skinned girls don't sell magazines and that's so sad. But Tina Knowles, Beyonce's mum, would say, 'Don't you know how beautiful you are?' She made me come into my brown beauty. I didn't get it, but now I do." She told a US magazine: "I am chocolate and beautiful and loving it."

Little Brother video won't run on BET

Eli Jabbe

Little Brother's latest album The Minstrel Show was one of the most anticipated releases of 2005. I personally purchased the album and it is definitely great -- right up there with Kanye West's Late Registration.

The expectation and hype for this album was everywhere, so I know for a fact that other fans bought the album -- all 5 of us. The commercial success has been nonexistent as The Minstrel Show is currently certified somewhere around "double-wood" status. Several factors came into play -- mainly the lack of marketing and the fact that, apparently, most of the fans who listened to the leak of the album on the Internet didn't buy it when it was released. The dearth of marketing for Minstrel Show has been so drastic that, when informed of the album, friends of mine incredulously asked, "They sell this album in stores? I thought it was only available on the Internet." That's says a lot about the poor promotion for this great album.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Little Brother recently had their video for their single "Lovin It" banned from BET allegedly because the program directors thought it was too intelligent for their targeted audience, 12 to 19-year-old black females.

The promotion, or lack thereof, for this album is perplexing when you consider that Little Brother is on a major label, Atlantic Records, home of stars like TI and Fat Joe. However, unlike many other artists on major labels like Atlantic, Little Brother has a slight problem. Their music video for the single "Lovin It" will not be aired on BET. Of course, it doesn't take a genius to figure out that it's hard to sell an album when your music video can't even get played on television.

The fact that BET is boycotting a harmless music video is surprising enough, but the network's reasons are even more infuriating. BET said that they refuse to play the video because it's too intelligent for the BET audience. That's right, BET decided not to play the video because they think their audience is too stupid to understand it. It's bad enough that BET program directors are even labeling their audience, but it's even more disturbing and insulting when you consider that most of the executives at the Black Entertainment Television station aren't even black.

Apparently, Little Brother isn't the only group who is being boycotted by BET. Recently, a memo to the BET video department containing banned artists surfaced on the Internet. While the validity of this list hasn't been confirmed, I wouldn't be surprised at all if it was accurate. Great rappers like Mos Def and AZ, among many others, are on this list. Even Dante Dogg, a singer known for his perennially great guest hooks, got the cold shoulder from BET.

What's the reason for the boycott of these artists? Their music is apparently not "relevant" to BET's target audience (which, for the record, is 12 to 19-year-old black females). Ray Charles could have seen the blatant racism in this.

This whole BET situation sheds some light on something every one has known for years. Everybody knows that BET, MTV and radio stations only play the same handful of artists. Unfortunately, record labels and mainstream entertainment channels rarely reward creativity. Labels are constantly searching for formulaic artists that imitate the newest popular artist. The music industry is a business just like any other. As Kayne West stated on "We Major," "Why do you think rappers write rhymes, just to blow up?" Everybody knows that money is obviously one of the main motives for any entertainer -- it's just sad how good artists can't sell records or, in this case, even receive airplay if they don't make formulaic music.

I understand that there's a time and place for all kinds of music. Nobody wants to hear Little Brother if they're at a club, but there has to be balance. Why is it that every time you turn on the radio or BET or MTV, you're forced to listen to somebody like Yin Yang Twins or 50 Cent?

Phonte from Little Brother seems to predict the group's plight when he asked on "Not Enough," "Dope beats and dope rhymes, what else do you want?"

Apparently that's not enough; they need a gimmick like rapping about getting shot numerous times to sell records in today's music world. It's really sad to see a great artist work hard on a great, critically acclaimed product and end up being rewarded with next to nothing. This also happened to Common earlier this year; his album BE barely reached gold status. At the rate they are going, Little Brother will have to settle for "triple-plastic" status for Minstrel Show.
I don't know if this is any use but I found it interesting.

A relationship is like a cable TV package. There's plenty of comedy, plenty of action, and maybe even the occasional bit of dirty programming on demand.

But there are also a lot of dead spots on the dial that you wish you could just skip over. Those dead spots typically come as the relationship equivalent of the WWE channel - highly predictable fights, skirmishes, and verbal sparring you've seen too many times before.

These fleeting spats and lingering problems can wound a relationship. The source of relationship fights certainly varies from couple to couple; in a survey of more than 2,000 men for my book "Men, Love & Sex," 38 percent of men said they fight about money, 24 percent said they fight about sex, 13 percent said they fight about in-laws.

While what you fight about is certainly important, so is how you fight. Fight nicely and you can solve the biggest of problems; fight nasty and the cap on a tube of toothpaste can turn into a federal case. To deal with the actual content of your relationship problems, you can clear one hurdle simply by knowing your partner's fighting style - what he does and why he does it. Do you recognize your man here?

The D.A.
Personality Type: Competitive

About 20 percent of men in this survey admit that they say they fight like lawyers - trying to demolish a woman's arguments with logical, rational reasoning to catch her in a lie or make her confess. This tactic may mean that the guy wins the logical side of the disagreement, but his battering-ram style won't win him any emotional points in the long run.

The Surfer
Personality Type: Lllllaaaaaaaid Back

Goes with the flow, dude. About 15 percent of men responded that the way they fight is by not fighting at all. This kind of guy lets life roll off his back - he understands the woman's point of view, and he tries to make her happy, even at his own expense. Works well in many cases, but not all the time - especially for the woman who subconsciously may want a fight, just to make sure he's as emotionally invested in the relationship as she is.

The Old-School Patriarch
Personality Type: Stuffy

Silent treatment. No words, no confession, no way you're going to trip him up into seeing it your way, because he's not saying a word. The passive-aggressive move - the most frustrating of all fighting tactics - only works to infuriate, which is exactly why he does it. The short-term satisfaction of making her madder usually doesn't pay long-term dividends.

The Salesman
Personality Type: Smooth

About a quarter of men admitted in the survey that they will say "I love you" to get themselves out of arguments. It's a good, charming move -one that can work, and one that he most likely uses when he knows he's wrong. He uses adoration to substitute for confession.

The Poet
Personality Type: Stubborn and Soft

He does something wrong, he knows it, he tries to explain why he did it, she doesn't buy it, he backs off. Now, he reverts to his preferred method of communication: email. The carefully crafted message - complete with confession, explanation, compliments, and a dash of humor - allows him a chance to speak without conflict. It's safe, though a smidge cowardly. But he uses it to control his feelings and the message - and to end the argument as soon as possible.

So you can see that couples have as many ways of arguing as Eskimos have terms for describing snow. But that's not necessarily a bad thing. When two people are close, there's bound to be some friction. Watching anything from the great Tracy-Hepburn movie collection will show you that when sparks fly, heat is produced.

It can either burn down the house, or warm it up. To make sure it's the latter, be sure to use your sparks to clear the tinder of misunderstandings and annoyances, so the relationship is free to grow tall and strong.

A bond that's worth fighting for is most definitely worth fighting over, so long as both partners are willing to listen to their partner, and change their behavior, for the good of the couple.

THE SIMPSONS

I went to see the Simpson's movie this weekend and I loved it. This movie was everything that I had expected it to be. It was full of laughs, and love and sarcasm. It was great. I loved the #D special effects that were added. That was just a good movie all around.

Sometimes you should think!!!

I don't know what is wrong with people that they just don't think anymore. Mel B and Eddie Murphy just had a bout about his new little baby, which he was just denying, even though the two were in a committed relationship. But because he was still living la Vida loca and Mel B was more into family the two split. Now Eddie Murphy has proposed to his new Fiance, Tracy Edmonds. Who happens to be Babyface's ex wife.Wow what an idiot.

PEOPLE has confirmed that Murphy, 46, popped the question to Edmonds on July 25. Edmonds' assistant says the two "are both very much in love and are excited about spending the rest of their lives together."

50 Cent

Well I hope 50 cents new album is hot. Hopefully its not anthing like his performance at the BET Awards. The album has been pushed back quite afew times but now it is scheduled to drop September 11th.

"I'm an international artist. My fans worldwide deserve to receive my album at the same time as my fans here in the US. Taking that into consideration moving the album to September was a necessary course of action," states 50 Cent.

50 Cent is by no means taking the summer off. His first major performance will be June 26th on the BET Awards. For the first time ever, BET will let the fans decide which song 50 Cent will perform on the show. Text BANK to 23898 to vote for "Straight to the Bank" or text PARK to 23898 to vote for "Amusement Park". Tune into the show to see the winning performance.

Poor Remy

NEW YORK — Grammy-nominated rapper Remy Ma pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and other counts Sunday in the shooting of a woman in a trendy Manhattan neighborhood.

AOL.com:

At the rapper's arraignment, a judge granted the prosecution's request for bail to be set at $250,000. Remy Ma was jailed while the judge reviewed her bail offer.

Police found a woman with a gunshot wound to her lower torso early Saturday in the Meatpacking District, which is usually crowded with late-night revelers on weekends.

Three blocks away, officers discovered a luxury SUV owned by Remy Ma, whose real name is Remy Smith. The vehicle was involved in a single-car crash and abandoned, police said.

The victim, Makeda Barnes-Joseph, 23, was hospitalized in stable condition Sunday. Prosecutors said she and the rapper knew each other.

Remy Ma turned herself in Saturday night. She was charged with attempted murder, assault and weapon possession.

"I ask everyone to keep an open mind," said Scott Leemon, her attorney. "Things are not always as they seem."

Remy Ma, 26, is promoted on her Web site as an up-from-the-streets artist who escaped the hard-knock life of the Bronx to become a hip-hop star. She was nominated for a Grammy as part of the Terror Squad for the 2004 summer smash "Lean Back." She also earned the Best Female Hip-Hop Artist award at the 2005 BET Awards.

The singer went on to a solo career, releasing last year's "There's Something About Remy." She has appeared on recordings with best-selling performers including Fat Joe, Eminem and R. Kelly, according to her Web site.

Why is White America always so against Black america?

So did you hear that Nike has cut its deals with Micheal Vick because of his ongoing charges? I mean damn, the boy aint even convivted yet and you wanna take his money already. That just pissed me off. i had to get that off of my chest.

According to BET News:

News Comes as a NAACP Chapter in Georgia Calls for Boycott of Nike and Reebok

A co-defendant in the federal dog-fighting case against Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick has pleaded guilty and pledged cooperation in Vick’s prosecution.

Tony Taylor, 34, changed his plea before a Virginia judge this morning after pleading not guilty, along with Vick, last week. Two others have also been indicted in the case. Speculation is that Taylor’s cooperation with federal prosecutors will help ensure a conviction against Vick. An indictment states that Taylor discovered the site that developed into Bad Newz Kennels, the training and dog-fighting grounds where Vick and others allegedly engaged in the illegal sport.

The NFL star, who is accused of conspiracy charges that involve competitive dog-fighting, training pit bulls to fight and transporting the animals across state lines, was jeered by a crowd as he entered the courthouse last week. Prosecutors say the operation on Vick’s property in Surry County was the base of activity. Vick was released without bond, pending a November 26 trial date.

A new “superceding” indictment was also announced by prosecutors as forthcoming. In a statement read by his lawyer, after the proceedings, Vick urged the public to reserve judgment against him, adding an apology to his mother: “I'm sorry for what she has had to go through in this most trying of times.” Taylor is accused of helping to buy the pit bulls involved with fighting, and also of executing dogs that didn’t “perform well,” according to the indictment.

The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People asked the public to withhold judgment until Vick has his chance in court. A chapter of the organization in Georgia is also calling for a boycott against Nike and Reebok and other companies that have pulled Vick contracts.

Is the NAACP right to call for a Boycott of companies that have cut ties with Vick? Will you join? Hit "Discuss Now to Talk About it.

What the?

Chrisette Michele

You know her voice from Jay-Z's song "Lost Ones". but she is actually a great singer Check her out.

This is from her Myspace page:
Surrounded by music since she was a small child, twenty-four year old singer, songwriter and composer Chrisette Michele has been blessed with an old soul and this Long Island bred songwriter and vocalist has a deep appreciation for the harmonic foundations that includes gospel and jazz. “I did my first solo when I was four years old,” Chrisette remembers.

Currently putting the finishing touches on her soulful debut album, an artistic exploration that fuses Chrisette’s diverse musical interest into a wonderland, the young artist couldn’t be more pleased. “I realize that I’m new to the music world, but I’ve been preparing for this moment for long time.”

Even before signing on the dotted line of her Def Jam contract last year, the multitalented soul sister had toured with more established artists like Kem and India Arie. “India saw me singing at the Village Underground in New York City. She came backstage that first night and graciously offered me a gig as her opening act.”

Working hard in the studio writing songs and recording demos, Chrisette finished an album worth of material before even trying to get signed. “I’ve been creating songs since I was twelve, so I knew I needed the right musical blend in order to stand-out from the many other performers trying to get a deal.”

While not hung-up on genre labels, Chrisette Michele says, “I’m excited about finding my place amongst young composers like Alicia Keys and Jill Scott. My goal from the moment I was signed by Antonio “LA” Reid, Chairman and CEO, Island Def Jam Music Group, was to create a seamless album that mixes soul and pop in a way that will have people coming back to again and again.” Favorite contemporary artists that are in high rotation include, Beyonce, Kanye West and NAS.

Days after giving LA “goose bumps” during the audition, the young singer found herself in a California studio called Brandon’s Way having a creative conversation with Babyface.

Over the course of a few days, the duo recorded seven tracks, four of which will be heard on her upcoming release. “Babyface and I got into a conversation about the love he has for his children,” she says. “So, the first song I penned was called ‘My Joy.’ It’s a song about a child speaking to his or her father, and I think it’s quite special. Observing the artistry that Babyface possesses has hopefully made me a better performer as well.”

Having grown-up in the suburbs of Long Island, Chrisette didn’t spend much time planted in front of the television. “My parents had me in girl scouts, tap class and piano lessons,” Chrisette says. “It wasn’t like I was cut off from the world, but there just wasn’t a lot of media influence in my life during those early years.”

Chrisette Michele has always been true to herself. “I don’t feel as though I was the typical deacon’s kid, because I was taught early on to speak my mind and not be afraid to think,” she says. “To me, that is one of things that helped keep me focused as an artist who is trying to do something different in music.”

A self-described “girly girl” Chrisette says, “I have definite older child syndrome. I helped my mom raise my brothers like they were my own children, but I also had the pleasure of being daddy’s little princess.”

In addition to her own relatives, Chrisette was blessed with an extended family that included the many folks that her mother allowed to room in their house. “If my mother saw a homeless pregnant woman on the street, chances are they would soon be staying with us,” Chrisette laughs. “I learned so much about the world listening to these folk’s stories, and to this day their experiences can be heard in my material.”

Though already a fan of gospel and classical, it wasn’t until Chrisette Michele was seventeen that she also developed a passion for jazz. “When I was still in high school a teacher introduced me to jazz singer Astrud Gilberto, and afterwards my life was all about jazz,” she remembers.

Majoring in music at 5 Towns College in Long Island, Chrisette cites the nurturing sway of her teachers for where she is today. “Although I did have talent, often that is not enough,” she says. “My professors taught me how to a professional and to be serious about my music. They taught me how to put the music that I dream about at night on paper in the morning.”

With the release of her debut album, Chrisette Michele will soon be sharing those musical dreams with the rest of the world.

Alicia Keys "As I Am"

Alicia Keys is coming out with a new CD finally called "As I Am" that will be coming out on November 6th of this year. She is really excited about it and says that she will be showing us another level of her. I can't wait.

Keyshia Cole is bout to drop a new one!!

My favorite R&B artist Keyshia Cole is about to drop a new album and she has a second season of the show "The Way It Is" coming out and will be again airing on BET. I loved the first season. July 21, 07 she came to my Hometown of Baltimore, MD and did a concert she sounded so good (even when she forgot the words), I really like her performance. She looked cute to rocking the same bob haircut from the BET Awards and white outfit.

Poor Usher

Usher has plans to marry Fiance Tameka Foster. The singer has been dating his pregnant fiance for a while now and it doesn't seem like he has a great support system either. His mother is not at all happy about the nuptials. If they are happy then kudos to the two but she just looks so old to me. I mean well she is 36 which is 8 years old then he is but who am I to judge.

The only thing I don't like about the chick is that she is a hater. Recently she went to Jonnetta's , usher's mom, house and Chilli was there and she shouted out "doesn't your boyfriend have a mom you can visit?" Big ups to Chilli because she didn't even feed in to it. She just simply said, "Grow up!" and laughed her way out of the door.

What the hell was She thinking?

Queen Latifah recently appeared at the Premiere of "Hairspray" sporting a blonde wig. What was she thinking when she walked out of the door? Latifah said she wore the wig to coincide with the character she portrayed in the movie. But I'm quite sure we would have all known who she was in the movie wig or not. I probably wouldn't have been able to focus on the movie because i would've been staring at the wig the whole night. Now I know she knew better than that.

Michael Vick- Dog Fighting Charges

As you might know Michael Vick is facing dog fighting charges and has since been suspended from four games and not allowed to go to the falcons training camp. I don't believe that he should be held back from his job/ playing the game because his personal life doesn't have a thing to do with playing football but that's not what the NFL Commissioner says he feels that the details he has heard about the case are horrific and cruel. Some have said the quarterback would hang and drown the dogs that didn't pass tests to prove that they could fight to the death. People were outside of the courthouse protesting against animal cruelty even went so far as to have pictures that portrayed Vick's murder, neutering, and torture. To me its ass backwards cause how can you protest against hurting an animal but feel so liberated when you show pictures of you wanting to harm another person.

D. Woods

Danity Kane has offically called it quits as a group and D. Woods has decided to go Solo and pursue her own music and acting. I am extremely happy about this because she is the one I have liked the most throughout the whole Making the Band 3 thing and I just like her style. recently I have visited her Myspace.com Page and I really enjoyed listening to her music. Come to find out she already was in a group before called the Girls Club. Cute group.

Debuting Ming and Aoki

The two litte Princesses of Phat Farm and Baby Phat royalty, Kimora Lee and Russell Simmons have debuted their own little signature clothing line simply called "Ming and Aoki". I must say they looked very nice and if I had kids I would buy from this line. The proud parents sat and watched their daughters walk down the runway strutting their stuffs.

OMG the law aint playing!!!

Well well well, Nicole Richie has been sentenced to jail time! I guess she's following in the footsteps of BFF Paris Hilton. She looked so happy going to court but I bet she was not so happy coming out. The 25 year old will spend time in jail and will spend only 4 days in jail and has been fined a sum of a little over $2000. Good Luck with that. And now according to Us magazine she is now admitting that she is 12 weeks pegnant. I hope everything works out.

"Rumpshaker" by Deelishus

You might know her as Deelishus, but model London Charles is debuting her new single "Rumpshaker". I personally am not crazy about it but i have to give it to her for doing her thing. Since winning the Flavor of Love competiotion if you can call it that, the model has been everywhere, all over the covers of magazines and going to events, but now she is adding the title of Singer to her belt. Now I heard the girl blow on Flavor of Love and she was great. The child gave me chills. But this new record she has out had done the opposite for me. I wish that she had put out a ballad so we can really get a feel of her voice but she didn't so Oh well.

Why make a fool of yourself?

I'm sure you have heard about Ms. Boom Kat, Laurie Ann Gibson, choreographer to the stars and choreographer that was recently fired from Diddy's Making the Band 4. I don't blame Diddy for firing her for the way she was acting on Last Monday's episode. But i'm quite sure there was so much more to the altercation that we didn't see and of course MTV will make Diddy look like the victim, it's his show. Their always going to show clipbits to hype the situation up. But as much as I love her boomkatting, I don't think I love her singing too much. She's got a new single out called "Addictive" and let me be the first to say that its sounds too crazy. Sounds like a mix between Fergie, Gwen stefani and a dying Cat.

Diamond Princess- Trina

I love Trina and I find that i'm always trying to defend her from people who don't but this here is where she has gone wrong. She is promoting her new "Baddest Bitch 2" album and I just don't understand why she is trying to look so much like Rihanna, and if she's not she does. I mean its not like she doesnt know that Rihanna is rocking this style right now or like she doesnt know that this has been done already. Its nerve racking. Maybe she going through something. But I do commend her on the weight loss. She looked fine before but she is looking better now. I love the response she did to Lil Wayne's Prostitute Flange, I already liked his version but hers was on point.

E.V.E

Eve is back with a vengeance. Have you seen her lately not to mention the two hot songs she has out right now. Tambourine is hot. I'm loving the video with the summer time retro colors and her bob. Which everybody seems to have now. But anyway, I'm starting to like the other single she has out with Sean Paul "Give it to You". Thats a hot ass song too. Have you seen the video. I'm feeling her new look. But we all know Eve has always been a fashionista.

Crunk and B artist Ciara

I love Ciara I think she is a great Entertainer, not singer but Entertainer. Lately I have been seeing her in a new light. Before she was just a teen sensation but here lately she is all grown up. The 21 year old artist has been wearing more classy outfit and hairstyles. I have to give it to her cause she is doing her thing. have you seen her latest video with Rapper 50 cent? Great video if you want to go to sleep. I like that she was showing a different side of herself but the video was just plain boring. The short set she had on was hot, and so were those dresses, and of course my baby 50 cent looked good too. I love the new short wrap she is rocking. It looks good on her.

New on the Music Scenery

Have you heard J. Holiday? Hot new artist signed to Capitol Records just put out a couple of new singles and the latest one that i'm really feeling is "Bed" produced by "darkchild". That dude could put me to bed anytime. He has a distinct voice you should really go cop his album when it drops. He is in the leauges with Musiq soulchild and Raheem Devaughn. He's hot make sure you check him out.

Wow

So is it me or is this crazy? I'm quite sure you have heard by now that Lil Kim and Ray- J are romantically linked. I guess she got over Scott Storch. I must say Ray- J has been getting around a lot lately. He's gone from Kim Kardashian to Whitney Houston to Carrine Stephens to Lil Kim. Well did you hear that he spent over $20,000 for her outfit, hair and makeup for the Beckhams's welcome to LA Party? I'm quite disappointed because even after paying all that money she looked a hot mess. I know she could do better but that night she sure didn't. But i guess she's getting back up on her game because she looked great at the LA expansion Magazine Party in Hollywood.

New Hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Sherri Shepherd

Ok ok ok...Now i'm alll for Black empowerment. But who the hell really wants to see whoopi Goldberg and Sherri Shepherd on the view talking all day? Not me, but according to OMG.com they will be on the View joining co-hosts Elizabeth Hasselback, Barbara Walters and Joy Behar. What you think about that?
